Buying

Does JAF charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the current tax rate for the zip code displayed on your shipping address.
As of now JAF is legally obligated to charge sales tax to California, New York, and Texas.

Can I cancel an order that I have placed?

Yes, you can cancel an order within 6 hours as long as it has not been processed yet for shipment. Please note there is a 3% restocking fee if the payment has already been completed.

Majority of our items are brand new but we also have pre-loved items in excellent condition.

How does your refund policy work?

JA Fashion & Co accepts returns of defective items for full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase.

Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?

We understand that you may want an item shipped to a P.O. Box but in order to reduce any online security issues we are not shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

How long does it take to receive my item after I have paid for it?

Our processing time is 2 business days and shipping time frame can vary from 2-7 business days within the US. International shipping can vary from 5-10 business days.

What if my package is lost?
