Buying

Does JAF charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the current tax rate for the zip code displayed on your shipping address.

How do you guarantee authenticity?

Our team of in-house experts are thoroughly trained and equipped to examine all items that we receive in order to determine its authenticity. We are proud to say that we have never sold a fake! On top of this, we guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, or we will give you 100% of your money back - ensuring your trust is our top priority.
We offer a lifetime guarantee of authenticity on all our items, which means if your item was ever deemed non-authentic by a reputable authenticator with proof then JAF will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund.

Can I cancel an order that I have placed?

Yes, you can cancel an order within 6 hours as long as it has not been processed yet for shipment. Please note there is a 3% restocking fee if the payment has already been completed.

Are your items new?

The majority of our items are brand new, but we also carry pre-loved items in excellent condition.

How does your refund policy work?

JA Fashion & Co accepts returns of defective items for full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase.

Shipping

Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?

We understand that you may want an item shipped to a P.O. Box, but in order to reduce any online security issues we are not shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

How long does it take to receive my item after I have paid for it?

Our processing time is 2 business days, and shipping can vary from 2-7 business days within the US. International shipping can vary from 5-10 business days.

What if my package is lost?

All packages with a JAF-provided shipping label are tracked and insured. In the event of a lost package, please contact us by chat or email at jafashionandco@gmail.com for assistance.
